The PATH (formerly Oklahoma Interviewing Services) provides statewide services for victims of and witnesses to child abuse and other crimes with a sensitive, compassionate response through skilled interviewing, referral to helping agencies, community outreach, and professional education.

Executive Director- Jamey Banks holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Child Development and Family Studies from the University of Texas Permian Basin. Her lifelong commitment to child advocacy is evident in her extensive community involvement and professional experiences. As a Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA), a volunteer at the local food and resource center, veterans hospital, and areas within her local church, Jamey has consistently demonstrated her dedication to helping others.
Jamey’s passion for child advocacy stems from personal experiences and her time as a foster parent, giving her an intimate understanding of the challenges faced by children and families. Her vision for the Weatherford Oklahoma Child Advocacy Center is to provide a safe and supportive environment for children in Western Oklahoma.
A devoted Christian, wife, mother, and advocate, Jamey Banks is driven by her desire to help people and her community every day. She looks forward to making a positive impact through her role at the Child Advocacy Center.
Vicki Boan, MHR is currently a Program Director, Lead Forensic Interviewer, and Trainer. She provides forensic interviews for tribal and state law enforcement agencies, Department of Human Services (DHS), and Child Advocacy Centers (CAC) throughout the state of Oklahoma. She earned a Bachelor of Science with a double major in Human and Family Services and Bible from Southwestern Christian University, and a Master of Human Relations from the University of Oklahoma. Mrs. Boan facilitated adult and child support groups for over 5 years at Calm Waters Center for Children and Families. Mrs. Boan has been a Forensic Interviewer since 2004, during this time she has conducted over 2900 interviews with child victims and witnesses, and earned over 800 hours of training on the Forensic Interviewing of child abuse victims. She currently serves as a faculty member with the nationally recognized Child First/Finding Words Oklahoma in which she provides trainings to multi-disciplinary teams in Oklahoma. Mrs. Boan participates in local, state, and national peer reviews. She is a member of APSAC (American Professional Society on the Abuse of Children), and has been qualified as an expert in forensic interviews in Oklahoma, Mississippi, and Colorado court.
Natalie Chapa is our Victim and Family Advocate where she plays a crucial role with the children and families served by OIS. Natalie welcomes children and families/caregivers to the Forensic Interviewing Mobile Unit Facility, “Joey” for a forensic interview. She provides resources, follow-ups, and referrals to the clients throughout the process of the investigation. She started with us in May of 2024 after graduating from the University of Oklahoma with her Bachelors in Womens and Gender Studies with a minor in Psychology. Prior to working with OIS, she has interned with other agencies that work with victimized children and their families such as the Abbott House and Bethesda, Inc.
Selena Ordaz, BA, is currently the Bilingual Forensic Interviewer at Oklahoma Interviewing Services (OIS) where she provides forensic interviews for tribal and state law enforcement agencies, Department of Health Services (DHS), and Child Advocacy Centers (CAC) throughout the state of Oklahoma. Selena is a proud graduate of The University of Oklahoma where she earned her Bachelor of Arts in Behavioral Health and Human Services. Prior to working with OIS, she started her journey in the child abuse field as a Bilingual Family Advocate in 2021 at the Abbott House Child Advocacy Center in Norman, Oklahoma. Selena enjoys working with children and their families and has 8 years of combined experience working in human services related environments. She is passionate about her community and holds leadership roles within the Junior League of Norman and the Norman PTA Council.
