maria1smMaria Rosales-Lambert, who is a native of Mexico, is currently the Program Director and the Bi-lingual Forensic Interviewer at Oklahoma Interviewing Services, INC (OIS) where she provides forensic interviews in English and Spanish and training for law enforcement agencies, Department of Human Services (DHS) and Child Advocacy Centers (CAC) throughout the state of Oklahoma.  She also provides forensic interviewing supervision, peer review and case consultation.   She worked for more than two years with a CAC in Oklahoma City, OK as the Bi-lingual Forensic Interviewer.  She has been a forensic interviewer for more than 14 years, during which time she has conducted hundreds of interviews with child victims and has trained hundreds of professionals working in the child maltreatment field. Ms. Rosales-Lambert currently serves as a faculty member with ChildFirst/Finding Words Oklahoma, DHS and Oklahoma Commission on Children & Youth (OCCY).  She has previously trained for the National Children’s Advocacy Center (NCAC), Oklahoma, Child Abuse Training & Coordination (CATC) and the American Professional Society on Child Abuse (APSAC).  She has also trained nationally and in Canada and Guatemala on interviewing children, interpreting and culture issues.  Before becoming a Forensic Interviewer, she was a Police Officer for five years with the Ft Smith Police Department in Fort Smith, Arkansas.  She also worked at Catholic Charities Immigration Program in Oklahoma City, OK for seven years.  Ms. Rosales-Lambert served as a board member of the Oklahoma Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA) Association for six years.

DSCF3951Vicki Boan, MHR is currently a Forensic Interviewer at Oklahoma Interviewing Services, INC (OIS) where she provides forensic interviews for tribal and state law enforcement agencies, Department of Human Services (DHS), and Child Advocacy Centers (CAC) throughout the state of Oklahoma. She earned a Bachelor of Science with a double major in Human and Family Services and Bible from Southwestern Christian University, and a Master of Human Relations from the University of Oklahoma.  Mrs. Boan facilitated adult and child support groups for over 5 years at Calm Waters Center for Children and Families. Mrs. Boan has been a Forensic Interviewer since 2004, during this time she has conducted over 2900 interviews with child victims and witnesses, and earned over 800 hours of training on the Forensic Interviewing of child abuse victims.  She currently serves as a faculty member with the nationally recognized Child First/Finding Words Oklahoma in which she provides trainings to multi-disciplinary teams in Oklahoma. Mrs. Boan participates in local, state, and national peer reviews.  She is a member of APSAC (American Professional Society on the Abuse of Children), and has been qualified as an expert in forensic interviews in Oklahoma, Mississippi, and Colorado court.

Jenae Williams is currently a Forensic Interviewer at Oklahoma Interviewing Services (OIS) where she provides forensic interviews for tribal and state law enforcement agencies, Department of Health Services (DHS), and Child Advocacy Centers  (CAC) throughout the state of Oklahoma. She earned her Associates Degree in Psychology and Sociology from Sierra College in California. Prior to working with OIS, Jenae worked closely with children and youth in the foster system and with victims
of Domestic Violence and Sexual Assault as a victim advocate. She has been a Forensic Interviewer since 2019 and has provided hundreds of interviews to children and teens across the state of Oklahoma. She participates in local, state, and national peer reviews and is a member of APSAC (American Professional Society on the Abuse of Children).

Jasmine Galicia Rangel, AAS is our Bilingual Family/Child Advocate where she plays a crucial role with the children and families served by OIS. Jasmine welcomes children and families to the Forensic Interviewing Mobile Unit Facility, “Joey” for a forensic interview. She provides follow-up and referrals to the families through the process of the investigation. She started with OIS in January 2023. Previously worked as a Domestic Violence and Sexual Abuse Advocate for the Latino Community Development Agency. Jasmine is a OSU-OKC alumni and since 2017 has been in the field providing advocacy to crime victims.
